I love photographing growing families in the Seattle area. This family of 3 had an adorable baby boy who was encouraged to express himself with such tenderness from both his parents. That's what is most appealing to me as a family photographer. I feel a lot of appreciation for families who allow the spectrum of emotions during an in-home photo session. It brings out true connection between them and candid expressions I couldn't force even if I tried.

In-home family photo sessions have the bonus of telling your story in the place where you spend the most times together. Every wall, every seat and every room can be part of your photo session if it has natural light from a window. There is no requirement that you live in a large home - sometimes just one room can complete an entire photo session. As your in-home family photographer, I can advise you on what to do to prepare your home for a photo session. The ease of not having to drive to an outdoor photo location makes it totally worth the preparation.
